Our new pop-top mattresses – custom-developed for maximum sleeping comfort

Finally, truly good sleep in your pop-top: For our new mattresses, we have analyzed and measured every pop-top model in detail, so you no longer have to compromise. The result is a perfectly fitting mattress for each model, where we maximize the possible core height for each roof and adjust the optimal firmness level so you can lie stably, comfortably, and ergonomically, without the roof becoming a challenge when closing.

Important note on model selection for SCA pop-top roofs

Please note that there are often two different versions of an SCA pop-top roof model – an older and a newer version (e.g., SCA186). Both are listed under the same designation.
For better orientation, we have provided a comparison image that clearly shows the differences and helps you select the correct model.
The correct selection is important as mattress thicknesses vary between versions.
 

Well-thought-out materials – natural, hygienic, durable

To ensure the sleeping experience not only feels good but remains pleasant long-term, we rely on high-quality materials and meticulous craftsmanship:

• Cover made of soft bamboo natural fiber (top side): pleasant on the skin, natural sleep climate.

• Underside made of 3D spacer fabric: promotes air circulation under the mattress and ensures optimal ventilation – ideal against moisture and condensation in the pop-top.

• OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified covers: tested and skin-friendly.

• Removable & washable: for uncomplicated care and continuously fresh sleeping conditions.

• Cold foams Made in Germany: all cold foams used originate from German manufacturing – for quality, shape retention, and long durability.

More comfort through cleverly utilized space (for selected models)

For some vehicles – e.g., Pössl Campster or Kompanja – it may be sensible to remove the disc springs under the mattress. This allows the gained space to be "invested" directly in a thicker and significantly more comfortable mattress.

• The disc springs can be removed easily and without tools.

• If this applies to your model, the scope of delivery includes a 3D spacer fabric in the appropriate size, ensuring perfect ventilation of the mattress in the pop-top even with the springs removed.

Our range is growing – step by step

We aim to gradually expand our product range for many more vehicles. To do this, we need to examine each model at our facility in Füssen to precisely check measurements, possible core height, and details of the pop-top – only then can we offer the perfect mattress for each vehicle.

Two variants – you decide the sleeping feel

Premium version (model-dependent maximized core height)

Our main variant utilizes the maximum possible core height and the appropriate firmness level for each pop-top – for the best possible support and comfort.

Alternative: Visco (memory foam) with 4 cm core height

Do you prefer a more conforming and body-adaptive feel? Then the Visco variant (memory foam) with 4 cm core height is exactly what you need.
Note on features: The memory foam mattress has a double jersey cover made of polyester on the top side.

Our mattresses are not made just anywhere – but in our own workshop in Füssen, Allgäu. There, we produce each mattress precisely, with meticulous craftsmanship, and with the aim of impressing in everyday use as much as on the first test ride.
