Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Vanstuff Inh. Steffen Hengge, Abt-Hafner-Str. 5, D-87629 Füssen, E-mail: info@vanstuff.de, Telephone +498362/8838053, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of your revocation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
