Thermo cover suitable for VW California T7 camouflage

Your camping season doesn't end with the first frost.

Snow crunches outside. Behind you lies a day on the ski slopes, ahead of you a night in your own camper. Why should such moments be limited to summer? With the VANSTUFF Thermo Cover and the matching winter equipment, the cold season also becomes travel season. The additional layer of insulation protects the fabric area of your pop-up roof from the wind and improves heat retention - so you can use your camper even when others have already ended their camping season.

This VANSTUFF Thermo Cover is suitable for VW California T7, Camouflage. We make it to order in our own workshop in the Allgäu.

More time together. Even when it gets cold outside.

A spontaneous ski weekend, snow-covered hiking trails, or a few days of wellness with your camper as a starting point: Your Thermo Cover expands the possibilities for your next break. Because the tent fabric gets an additional insulating cover, your pop-up roof is not left alone exposed to the cold wind.

The windproof climate membrane keeps the wind out, while the fleece interior improves heat retention. The cover complements the winter equipment of your vehicle; for a pleasant night's sleep, a suitable heater, appropriate sleeping equipment, and regular ventilation are required.

On the road in the Arctic winter: Exploring.Fosters report.

How much additional insulation can mean on the road is shown by the experience report of Exploring.Fosters. On their winter trip, they experienced temperatures down to minus 40 degrees Celsius. Along with them: their VANSTUFF insulation cover. In the video, they describe the cover as crucial for their trip and report less heating requirement and less condensation.

The video shows their own vehicle and roof construction. It gives courage to think further about the camping season - and shows a personal experience with a VANSTUFF cover.

Three layers working together for your comfort

• Water-repellent softshell on the outside: It forms the outer protective layer over the tent fabric.
• Windproof, waterproof, and breathable climate membrane: It combines weather protection with the ability to let water vapor escape through the material.
• Fleece on the inside: The additional layer improves heat retention - the crucial difference to our weather protection cover.

We choose this construction because protection and comfort go together when camping. Regular ventilation remains important even with breathable material.

Your cover is made in the Allgäu. And we are here for you.

From cutting to sewing, your cover is made in our own production facility in the Allgäu. With your purchase, you choose our workshop and support the work of the people who make your camping equipment here.

For your cover, we use high-quality materials that we purchase exclusively in Europe. Where possible, we also pay attention to production in Europe. Because equipment you want to rely on while traveling starts with the selection of materials for us.

You order directly from VANSTUFF. If you are unsure about the vehicle, roof, or version, we will advise you personally - so you can choose your cover with a good feeling.

Ventilate in the morning. The cover stays on.

With the optional Fresh Air function, you open the front side via two zippers, roll it up, and fix it at the top. This allows you to ventilate the pop-up roof during the day without removing the entire cover. Practical when fresh air should enter your sleeping area after the night.

Thought out down to the guy ropes

Sturdy loops and individually adjustable nylon cords hold the cover in position. The cords can be replaced individually if needed. Because on the road, it's not just the first impression that counts: Small parts should also be easy to replace when needed.

Solar and roof window

Depending on the vehicle and roof, we can implement individual solutions for existing solar panels or roof windows. The position and dimensions are checked individually before production for such custom-made items.

So that your cover fits your camper

This version is suitable for VW California T7, Camouflage.

The VW California T7 is available with different pop-up roof operations depending on the version. Please select the roof version suitable for your vehicle when ordering.

Your companion in summer too

You can also use your Thermo Cover in the warm months as weather protection. However, the fleece interior takes up more packing volume compared to our weather protection cover and dries more slowly after getting wet. If you are mainly traveling at mild temperatures and want to pack as compactly as possible, it is worth taking a look at the weather protection version.

Make anticipation your next trip.

We make your cover after your order in the version you have chosen. Different vehicles and roof types, colors, and equipment options result in so many combinations that we cannot keep every variant in stock. With custom-made production, we can offer you this large selection. That is why a little anticipation is part of it: The delivery time is usually around 2-3 weeks, depending on the season and order receipt. The current delivery time in the offer is decisive.
