Vanstuff Sleep AD - the comfortable mattress for your pop-up roof

Our new pop-up roof mattresses – precision-engineered for maximum sleeping comfort

Finally, get a truly good night's sleep in your pop-up roof: for our new mattresses, we have analyzed and measured every pop-up roof model in detail, so you no longer have to make compromises. The result is a custom-fit mattress for which we utilize the maximum possible core height for every roof – and adjust the optimal firmness level so that you lie stably, comfortably, and ergonomically, without the roof becoming a challenge to close.

Important note on model selection for SCA pop-up roofs

Please note that for SCA pop-up roofs, there are often two different versions of a model – an older and a newer design (e.g., SCA186). Both are listed under the same name.
For better orientation, we have provided a comparison image that clearly shows the differences and helps you select the correct model.
Choosing the right one is important, as mattress thicknesses differ between versions.

Sophisticated materials – natural, hygienic, durable

To ensure that the sleeping experience doesn't just feel good, but also remains pleasant over the long term, we rely on high-quality materials and clean workmanship:

• Cover made of soft natural bamboo fiber (top side): comfortable on the skin, natural sleeping climate.

• Bottom side made of 3D spacer fabric: promotes air circulation under the mattress and ensures optimal ventilation – ideal against moisture and condensation buildup in the pop-up roof.

• OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified covers: tested and skin-friendly.

• Removable & washable: for uncomplicated maintenance and permanently fresh sleeping conditions.

• Cold foams Made in Germany: all cold foams used originate from German production – for quality, dimensional stability, and long durability.

More comfort through cleverly used space (for selected models)

For some vehicles – e.g., Pössl Campster or Kompanja – it can make sense to remove the disc springs under the mattress. This way, the gained space can be "invested" directly into a thicker and significantly more comfortable mattress.

• The disc springs can be removed very easily and without tools.

• If this applies to your model, a 3D spacer fabric of the appropriate size is included in the delivery so that, despite the removed springs, perfect under-ventilation of the mattress in the pop-up roof remains guaranteed.

Our range is growing – step by step

We want to gradually expand our range to many more vehicles. To do this, we must take a close look at every model here in Füssen to exactly check dimensions, possible core height, and details in the pop-up roof – only in this way can we offer the perfect mattress for the respective vehicle.
If your model is not yet listed: Please feel free to contact us – we appreciate tips and potential "measurement candidates".

Two versions – you decide the sleeping feel

Premium version (maximized core height depending on model)

Our main version uses the maximum possible core height and the appropriate firmness level for each pop-up roof – for the best possible support and comfort.

Alternative: Visco (memory foam) with 4 cm core height

Do you prefer it to be snug and body-conforming? Then the Visco version (memory foam) with 4 cm core height is just the right thing.
Note on equipment: For the memory foam mattress, the top side is designed with a double jersey cover made of polyester.

Handmade in the Allgäu

Our mattresses are not made just anywhere – but in our own workshop in Füssen in the Allgäu. There, we manufacture every mattress to fit perfectly, with clean workmanship and the ambition that it is just as convincing in everyday life as it is on the first test trip.
