The VANSTUFF Thermo Cover is designed for the Ford Nugget V710 L1 with a short wheelbase from model year 2025 onwards and is custom-made in our own production facility in the Allgäu region. It protects the tent bellows from wind and weather while simultaneously improving thermal comfort in the pop-up roof thanks to its fleece lining.
L1 = short wheelbase
The designation L1 stands for the short wheelbase. Before ordering, please check whether your Ford Nugget V710 is the L1 version.
3-layer material construction
The Thermo Cover and the Weather Protection Cover use the same structure for the first two layers: the outer layer is a water-repellent softshell. Beneath this is a climate membrane that is windproof, waterproof, and breathable. In the Thermo Cover, fleece on the inside forms the third layer, improving heat retention.
The material construction of the Thermo Cover offers a water resistance of 5,000 mm according to ISO 811.

Can also be used in summer
You can also use the Thermo Cover in summer. Compared to the Weather Protection Cover, it has a larger pack size due to the fleece lining and dries slightly slower after getting wet. If a smaller pack size and faster drying are more important to you in warm weather, the Weather Protection Cover is the lighter alternative.
Advanced tensioning system
Our current generation of covers is tensioned using stable loops and nylon cords. Previous generations used elastic tensioning. Based on our practical experience, we have further developed this solution, as rubber materials can age and become porous under constant exposure to UV rays and the elements. The nylon cords can be individually adjusted and replaced separately if necessary.

Fresh Air Function
With the optional Fresh Air function, the front of the cover can be opened, rolled up, and secured using two zippers. This allows you to ventilate the pop-up roof during the day without removing the cover completely.
Solar and roof windows
Depending on the vehicle and roof, we can implement individual solutions for existing solar panels or roof windows. For such custom designs, the position and dimensions are checked individually before production.
Made in the Allgäu - for your camper
We manufacture every cover to order in our own facility in the Allgäu. Depending on the season and order volume, the current delivery time is generally approx. 2–3 weeks.
Note on colors: Screen display and fabric batches may lead to slight color variations. The color specifications do not correspond to RAL colors.
Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Deliveries are made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Great Britain, Switzerland.

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €6.50 per order.

Provision of digital vouchers: There are no shipping costs for the provision of digital vouchers.
Digital vouchers will be sent to you as a file via email within 1 hour after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 2 - 30 working days and internationally within 5 - 35 working days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
For self-collection, we will inform you via email when the goods are ready and provide collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
