The VANSTUFF Thermo Cover is suitable for the Ford Nugget V710 L1 with short wheelbase from model year 2025, Camouflage and is manufactured to a precise fit in our own production facility in the Allgäu. It protects the tent bellows from wind and weather and simultaneously improves thermal comfort in the pop-up roof thanks to its fleece lining.
L1 = short wheelbase
The designation L1 stands for the short wheelbase. Please check before ordering whether your Ford Nugget V710 is the L1 version.
3-layer material construction
The Thermo Cover and Weather Protection Cover use the same structure for the first two layers: the outer layer is a water-repellent softshell. Underneath this is a climate membrane that is windproof, waterproof, and breathable at the same time. In the Thermo Cover, fleece on the inside forms the third layer and improves heat retention.
The material construction of the Thermo Cover offers a water resistance of 5,000 mm according to ISO 811.

Can also be used in summer
You can also use the Thermo Cover in summer. Compared to the Weather Protection Cover, it has a larger pack size due to the fleece lining and dries somewhat more slowly when wet. If the smallest possible pack size and faster drying are more important to you in warm weather, the Weather Protection Cover is the lighter alternative.
Advanced tensioning system
Our current generation of covers is tensioned with sturdy loops and nylon cords. Previous generations used elastic tensioners. Based on our practical experience, we have further developed this solution, as rubber materials can age and become porous under constant UV and weather exposure. The nylon cords can be adjusted individually and replaced separately if necessary.

L1 stands for the short wheelbase. This Thermo Cover is designed for the Ford Nugget V710 L1. Please check before ordering whether your vehicle is the L1 version.
Fresh Air function
With the optional Fresh Air function, the front of the cover can be opened via two zippers, rolled up, and secured. This allows you to ventilate the pop-up roof during the day without removing the cover completely.
Solar and skylights
Depending on the vehicle and roof, we can implement individual solutions for existing solar modules or skylights. Position and dimensions are individually checked for such custom orders before production.
Made in the Allgäu - for your camper
We manufacture each cover made-to-order in our own production facility in the Allgäu. The current delivery time is usually approx. 2-3 weeks, depending on the season and order volume.
Note on colors: Screen display and fabric batches may lead to slight color deviations. The color specifications do not correspond to RAL colors.

The following conditions apply:
Deliveries are made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Great Britain, Switzerland.

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €6.50 per order.

Provision of digital vouchers: There are no shipping costs for the provision of digital vouchers.
Digital vouchers will be sent to you as a file via email within 1 hour after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 2 - 30 working days and internationally within 5 - 35 working days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
For self-collection, we will inform you via email when the goods are ready and provide collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
