Kitchen

The vehicle's kitchen is optimally equipped. It includes a 2-burner gas stove, a sink, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a spacious worktop and sufficient storage space. The equipment in the kitchen is sufficient for up to 4 people (plates, cutlery, etc.).

The seating and dining area has space for 4 people at a table. Thanks to the 2-seater bench and the rotating driver and passenger seats, the dining area can be used comfortably. There are also 2 camping chairs with a table and carpet for the outside area to move the dining and seating area outside under the awning. Even 4 camping chairs can be provided on request.

bathroom

The vehicle's bathroom has a full shower, toilet, sink and plenty of storage space. Thanks to the water heater in the vehicle, a warm shower is possible at any time. There is also a connection for an outside shower in the rear of the vehicle.

storage options

The vehicle offers enough storage space for up to 4 people and it is also possible to store bulky items such as skis or strollers in the rear area.

Sleep

The spacious motorhome has a large, comfortable transverse bed in the rear with a generous sleeping area of ​​193cm x 140cm. For the little travelers, there is a (children's) loft bed above the dinette, which offers space for a sleeping area of ​​160cm to 190cm x 120cm. For safety and hygiene, suitable bed sheets are provided, which are already included in the rental price. You can either bring your own bedding or buy a bed set from us consisting of pillows, duvets and covers for €39 per set, which you can keep after the rental. All sleeping places are equipped with reading lamps for a pleasant atmosphere.

rental deposit

For each booking, a rental deposit of €1500 must be paid. This can be transferred to our account up to 7 days before departure or paid on the day of departure via payment link*. (Online payment with e.g. credit card or PayPal).

*Payment process via payment link:

We will create a payment link on site with the amount of the deposit of €1,500 and your name so that we can assign the payment later. We will send you this link by email or WhatsApp, or you can simply scan the QR code of the payment link with your mobile phone using a QR code app. If you open the link you received from us on your device, you will go directly to the payment menu of our payment service provider Mollie and can make the payment for the specified amount directly from your mobile phone online (e.g. by credit card, PayPal, Giropay, etc.). The advantage of this method is that you can easily make the payment online from your device, meaning we can guarantee the greatest possible security for your data.

Please bring your cell phone and possibly your credit card with you when you pick up the vehicle so that you can pay the deposit online on site using the payment link. We do not accept cash for the rental deposit when we hand over the vehicle.

Please note that the vehicle will not be released until the rental deposit has been received in our account!

mandatory additional services:

A service fee of 119.00 euros is charged per booking. This includes: gas, fitted sheets, AdBlue, ramps, kitchen equipment, toilet chemicals and vehicle instruction, etc.

optional additional services:

rental conditions

Reservation / payment conditions:

For a binding reservation, a rental deposit of 50% of the total rental price must be paid within one week. If this is not done, the landlord is no longer bound to the reservation. The remaining rental price must be paid no later than 7 days before the start of the rental period. For short-term bookings of less than 14 days until the start of the rental period, the entire rental price is due immediately.

Cancellation:

We charge the following fees for cancellation of the rental agreement. (We therefore recommend that you take out private travel cancellation insurance.)

1. Cancellations are free of charge up to 90 days before the first day of rental.

2. If you cancel 89 - 20 days before the first day of rental, 50% of the total rental price is due. We will issue the remaining 50% as a voucher.

3. If you cancel less than 20 days before the first day of rental, 100% of the total rental price is due.

We recommend taking out additional travel cancellation insurance

The amount of compensation to which the lessor is entitled in the event of non-collection of the vehicle is 100% of the rental price stated in the contract.

Pick-up / Return:

You can pick up the camper from us in the afternoon and return it in the morning (please make an appointment in advance). Contact us to make an appointment at info@vanstuff.de.

At every pick-up (and return) we go through the handover protocol with you.

Insurance
